·       Who do you turn to when you need to repair, customize and adjust parts on preloved clothing or accessories?

·       Our service includes repairing, customizing, adjusting tears, holes, changing broken zips, and changes for length on clothing that is new & preloved to ensure your clothing keeps on going.

·   Any additional adjustments after the garment is completed will incur a charge of £5.

When will it be ready?

The process typically takes 7 - 14 business days.

About the service

·       Precise measurements are taken of your body shape according to the style of clothing in person at a local studio.

·       Any additional adjustments after the garment is completed will incur a charge of £10.

·       An agreement of terms and conditions will be sent to you before starting the service.

When will it be ready?

Delivery is between 14 - 21 business days. However, jewel, velvet and lace fabrics will take 2 extra weeks.
