The Eisenhower matrix?
Salaams/Hello ...I hope you're all well and had a productive week. 😀 One of the things that helped me through tasks is the Eisenhower matrix.
I have had the journey of putting 15!!! Items on my todo list at one point 😮💨 and obviously that's such a burn out ..
Then I use sticky notes in my yearly planner to block out 7 lines or less to avoid doing more.
So, that's why the Eisenhower Matrix helps me ALOT and hopefully you organize and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance.
You divide ALL your tasks into four boxes based on the tasks you'll do first, the tasks you'll schedule for later, the tasks you'll delegate, and the tasks you'll delete.
